maggi mee.
today pj was going around with a maggi container asking ppl if they would "maggi mee" -.- one person actually told her to wait 3 minutes. LOL. oh and her proposal to muthu was special cos she actually got down on her KNEES to do it..... there's a pic but i don't want it. refer to mervin's or eugene's blog, located on the far right. and i finally got a new electone song! ayura by yoshihiro andoh. it rocks. damn nice harmony, SUPER nice sound. the only thing is i can't play the sound on EL900 >< ahhh have to wait another whole week before i can play it again. sux. at least im getting andoh's cds next week so i can listen to them anytime. but there's still nothing like actually playing the song for yourself. there are 3 kinds of pleasure when it comes to music: composing, playing and listening. i've indulged in the latter 2 and had a taste of composing.... still prefer playing above all. i mean, it's nice listening to a nice song and all, but there's really nothing like playing it or singing it for yourself. and experimenting with sounds and chords and melodies is kinda nice too, but chances are you probably won't like the end result - a result of having spent too much time on the song already. (read: sian of the song.) i'll rather play nice songs that other people have composed. speaking of which, i have to expand my range. guitar next on my list after i improve harmoc and drumming. go me. oh and thank you yinrui! been deprived of drumsticks for the better part of a week... i didn't know how much i missed them until i borrowed yours today. yup expect to see them bent and broken when u get them back ^^ (wo ai bu shi shou) thanks again! |
