today i spent one hour being the dupree to wen hao and pj. they were playing a blissful game of chess while i watched and irritated them from the sidelines. the 2nd game they played was kind of sweet, with wen hao frequently flattering pj, saying that she was "so clever". pj, in turn, giggled, shyly telling wen hao to "stop it". later, as pj made several bad moves, wen hao gallantly allowed her to take back and try again.

after the game ended, i quietly excused myself as i sensed that pj and wen hao wanted some time alone together. true enough, as i left the classroom, i heard wen hao asking pj to stay, on the pretext of asking her to return some magnet or other that she supposedly took. haha =) the last i heard, pj stayed for as long as she could, til wen hao got concerned for her and her undone homework, and locked her out of the classroom so she could go home. so sweet right XD

okay so maybe it didn't exactly happen like that. but u have to admit my version is nicer =)

heh. i think i'll be blogging less now. maybe once a week or something. becoming really busy now that i've really found things to do.

i think j2 craze hasn't really started yet... somehow it feels like the calm before the storm. better start gearing up for the sprint. j2's going to be like some 100 m sprint lar ><

another sky post! couldn't resist, the sunset was super super nice. it rained lightly just when the sun set, at around 7.10. as a result bukit panjang was bathed in a sepia yellow glow which changed quickly into a soft dusky pink. following the lightshow, the sky faded to velvet before ending with a luminous midnight blue. beautiful =)

such a shame that my renewed interest for percussion comes so late in my band life.... the 6th and final year of my journey. looking back, i can't help but think that i wasted my time in rimb. 得过且过，never really putting in effort, never getting to know or understand the theory better. now it's abit too late le.

you might be wondering why i don't post on the riperc blog. truth is, i don't believe i have a right to do so. i screwed up royally during my sl-ship. syf planning was sloppy too. but it's not good to dwell on the past.... look to the future heh. all i can do is work hard now, and achieve as much as i can during this last 1/2 year left to me. there's still a concert, and a syf. high time i started working hard at last.
