ahh everything's cleaner and greener after PW. today we all bid goodbye to PW as we handed up our i&r... so happy. 4 of us (mervin, shi jun, wen hao and i) played soccer in the morning and bridged for about an hour at the track. challenged another class and beat them 4-1 =) credit goes to shi jun our star keeper lol. then we bridged for another hr or so at the stadium steps. it's really quiet and tranquil there in the morning =) felt so peaceful and rested.
then after that we went to settle PW once and for all... and then some ppl went out. our class 散 very fast after everything settled... some went home, some went zoo (oO), and some experienced inertia in the canteen while the others went to j8 to eat lunch. guess who -ahem- . yar anyway after some confusion and failed persuasion (your wallet willy. you owe me a lemon tea), we ended up splitting up. wen hao willy and eugene went to pool while matt, me, reshma, renuka, pj, nandita and yiwen ended up at national museum biennale. glad that i went cos it was really interesting =) there was the carpet with english words written like chinese characters, a very interesting movie discussing the last meal that death row inmates are allowed to order, as well as a colourchanging glass pillar that was supposedly responsive to neutrino bombardment of the earth oO haha coolness. thanks again to yiwen who guided us. so after that we met up with the pool ppl. after more argument and persuasion, we ended up eating dinner at mac's...... and then going lanning omg. heh 2v2, me, wen hao, willy and matt. ahh haven't lanned for so long... it was good to play for a change. so now i'm tired, but 3 badges richer =) biennale badges if you're wondering. there's one in chinese that says 信念 quite cool. aiyah anyway biennale is a very cool exhibition lar. and lanning well... that was a guy's bonding activity =) altogether a very satisfying day. but i think i've been going out too often. tmr got mr lai's farewell, saturday that NTUC thing, next week band chalet..... parents aren't going to be happy. oh yeah how could i forget! when we were looking at the carpets, a group of japanese tourists came by and the guide actually asked us to explain what it was all about XD so we did, and then they insisted on taking a photo with their "singaporean teachers" lol. well you live and learn. we somehow became tourist attractions too, with the tour guide asking us what age we were, and then telling the tourists about how we're on holiday and going to army soon in 2 years -.- well anything lor. haha. |
